appliLog operates its own data center. This is designed for high availability for 24 * 7 * 365 operation and must e.g. comply with the strict guidelines of SCHENKER DEUTSCHLAND AG. This guarantees maximum security and availability for our customers' applications and data.

Comfortable and secure access to the application through Citrix Server or Windows Terminal Server (RDP)

Access is available to every ASP customer as standard. To guarantee high availability, the infrastructure is designed redundantly. The customer can determine access to their own systems according to security needs.

and recovery

Using tools developed in-house, appliLog is able to restore failed servers in just a few hours. In order to keep the emergency risk as low as possible, all systems are designed with multiple redundancies. The data is backed up daily and archived in different media (DVD, ext. HDD). In the event of data loss, these can be restored within a very short time.

As part of the hosting service, applications, systems or entire networks are not operated in your own company, but in the appliLog data center. Access to your applications secured by firewall systems is via the Internet. appliLog already supports more than 500 users with approx. 20 different applications on a large and powerful server farm. Experience from a large number of ASP projects in various industries and sizes, combined with tools developed in-house, enable appliLog to offer your customers a variety of value-added services, IT security and know-how.

Administration | Operation | Hotline

Our IT specialists at appliLog assume full responsibility for the operation of the solution for our customers. We have experience over many years of intensive project work in the ASP environment. A hotline is available to our customers at all times during operating hours. User management is responsible for creating, changing and deleting the data and authorizations required for use. The company is responsible for the maintenance and setup of all important services and systems such as DBMS (ORACLE), WTS server, backup & restore, etc.

Experienced IT managers are responsible for incident, problem, configuration, change, release & capacity and SLA management and thus guarantee the highest quality of service.

EDI-Outsourcing
